Acceptation des conditions

Les présentes conditions d'utilisation (« Accord ») régissent votre utilisation de l'application mobile (« Attestation Fiscale Québec ») développée par 9492-2473 Québec Inc. (« Développeur »). En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez d'être lié par les termes et conditions énoncés dans le présent Accord. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec une partie de cet Accord, veuillez vous abstenir de télécharger, d'installer ou d'utiliser l'Application.

Statut indépendant et source gouvernementale

Attestation Fiscale Québec est une application indépendante. Elle ne représente pas Revenu Québec ni le gouvernement du Québec, n'y est pas affiliée, n'est pas autorisée par eux et n'est pas une application officielle. Appinov et 9492-2473 Québec Inc. sont des entités privées.

Les conditions qui régissent le service gouvernemental clicSÉQUR – Entreprises sont publiées par le gouvernement du Québec à cette adresse officielle : Conditions d'utilisation de clicSÉQUR – Entreprises. Ce lien est fourni comme source gouvernementale; il ne constitue pas une approbation, une affiliation ou une autorisation de l'Application.

1. Utilisation de l'Application

1.1 Licence:

Sous réserve de votre conformité au présent Accord, le Développeur vous accorde une licence limitée, non exclusive et non transférable pour télécharger, installer et utiliser l'Application à des fins personnelles et non commerciales.

1.2 Admissibilité de l'utilisateur:

En utilisant l'Application, vous déclarez et garantissez que vous êtes majeur et que vous avez la capacité juridique nécessaire pour conclure le présent Accord et utiliser l'Application conformément à ses conditions.

2. Utilisation acceptable

2.1 Conformité aux lois:

Vous acceptez d'utiliser l'Application en conformité avec toutes les lois, réglementations et droits de tiers applicables.

2.2 Activités interdites:

Vous ne devez pas vous engager dans l'une des activités suivantes lors de l'utilisation de l'Application:

3.1 Propriété:

L'Application, y compris tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle associés, est et restera la propriété du Développeur. Rien dans le présent Accord ne doit être interprété comme vous accordant des droits de propriété sur l'Application.

3.2 Restrictions:

Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier, distribuer, vendre, louer ou sous-licencier l'Application ou toute partie de celle-ci sans le consentement écrit préalable du Développeur.

4. Consentement de l'utilisateur et confidentialité

4.1 Collecte et utilisation des données:

En utilisant l'Application, vous consentez à la collecte, l'utilisation, le stockage et le traitement de vos informations personnelles comme décrit dans la Politique de confidentialité de l'Application.

5. Résiliation

5.1 Résiliation par le Développeur:

Le Développeur se réserve le droit de résilier votre accès à l'Application à tout moment, sans préavis, pour quelque raison que ce soit ou sans raison, y compris si vous enfreignez une disposition du présent Accord.

5.2 Résiliation par l'utilisateur:

Vous pouvez résilier le présent Accord en désinstallant l'Application et en cessant toute utilisation.

6. Droit applicable et juridiction

6.1 Droit applicable:

Le présent Accord sera régi et interprété conformément aux lois du Canada et du Québec, à l'exclusion de ses principes de conflits de lois.

6.2 Juridiction:

Tout litige découlant de ou lié au présent Accord sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux situés à Montréal, Québec, Canada.

En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'Application, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté d'être lié par le présent Accord. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec les termes et conditions du présent Accord, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the mobile application ("Attestation Fiscale Québec") developed by 9492-2473 Québec Inc. ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from downloading, installing, or using the Application.

Independent status and government source

Attestation Fiscale Québec is an independent application. It does not represent Revenu Québec or the Government of Québec, is not affiliated with or authorized by them, and is not an official application. Appinov and 9492-2473 Québec Inc. are private entities.

This link is provided as a government source; it does not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or authorization of the Application.

1. Use of the Application

1.1 License:

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 User Eligibility:

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and use the Application in accordance with its terms.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1 Compliance with Laws:

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Application:

3.1 Ownership:

The Application, including all associated intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the property of Developer. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any ownership rights in the Application.

3.2 Restrictions:

You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Application or any portion thereof without the prior written consent of Developer.

4. User Consent and Privacy

4.1 Data Collection and Use:

By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Application's Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Developer:

Developer reserves the right to terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

5.2 Termination by User:

You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Application and ceasing all use.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and Quebec, excluding its conflicts of law principles.

6.2 Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Québec, Canada.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Application.
