For accountants

The accountant portal comes to your desktop.

The accountant portal is now available as a Mac and Windows app, alongside the browser version. And a QuickBooks Online (Intuit) integration is coming soon. Full details on the accountant portal page.

A Mac and Windows app

The accountant portal gathers your clients' Revenu Québec attestations, their expiry dates and the history of every transmission. It remains available in the browser at web.attestationfiscale.ca. You can now install it as a standalone app:

Version 1.0.1. Free for accountants; an accountant portal account is all you need.

Coming soon

QuickBooks Online (Intuit) integration

Connect your QuickBooks Online account to the portal: your client list syncs by itself, and you see at a glance which clients have not provided an attestation yet, or whose attestation is about to expire.

Read-only: only the customer list is read. No entries, invoices or accounting data are changed in QuickBooks, and you can disconnect the integration in one click.

Using Xero, Sage or Acomba? Tell us at support@appinov.ca: the next integrations will follow demand.

Available today: import your client list

While QuickBooks is on its way, import your client list from a CSV or Excel file exported from any accounting software. The portal recognizes the name, NEQ, email and phone columns, then shows you which clients have no attestation in your portfolio yet.

  1. Export your client list as CSV from your accounting software.
  2. Open Import in the portal and drop the file. Check the column mapping.
  3. Confirm. The clients appear in your portfolio tagged "List", ready to be followed up.
What's new in the app

Verify an attestation with one scan.

Every attestation shared from the app now carries a verification QR code, and the app is ready for the verification link Revenu Québec will add to attestations from November 2026.

A QR code on every shared attestation

On a job site the attestation travels on paper or as an attachment, and verifying it meant retyping the attestation number and the business name. Not anymore: the QR code does the work.

From November 2026

Ready for Revenu Québec's new link

Revenu Québec announced that from November 2026 each attestation will include a hyperlink that opens the verification service in Mon dossier pour les entreprises with the fields already filled in. The service requires being signed in to Mon dossier.

The app handles that link today: it signs in for you, opens the link and reads the result. You get the real status, valid, expired or not found, in seconds, and the check is kept in your history.

How to use the link in the app

  1. Paste the link into the new field on the Verify screen. An Attestation Fiscale share link works too.
  2. Or tap the link inside the PDF preview of an attestation opened in the app.
  3. Let it run. The fields fill in, the verification starts, and the result shows with the attestation's details.

Getting the update

Nothing to do: the app updates itself when opened, on iPhone and Android alike. Emails sent by the app already carry the QR code.

Attestation Fiscale Québec is an independent app by Appinov (9492-2473 Québec Inc.), not affiliated with Revenu Québec or the Government of Québec. The November 2026 verification link is a feature announced by Revenu Québec; its final form may require adjustments to the app.
